1. About us
This website is operated by D2C Bharath, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Our products
We sell digital educational products, including the ebook "Start Your D2C Brand with AI: The Beginner's Playbook for India", an AI Prompt Pack and printable worksheets. All products are delivered as digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically.
3. Educational content only
Our products are for general educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Results depend on your own product, effort and market, and we do not guarantee any sales, income or business outcome. Please consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time payments, with no subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) through UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Orders and delivery
After a successful payment, you will see download links on the order confirmation page and receive them by email. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email us at d2cbharath@gmail.com with your order number. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not available once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If a file is faulty or missing, or you were charged twice, email us within 7 days and we will fix the problem or refund you. 7. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own business. You may print the worksheets for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute or publish our files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own. All content, text, designs and images remain the intellectual property of D2C Bharath.
8. Reviews and comments
If you post a review or comment, it must be honest and lawful and must not contain offensive content or someone else's personal information. We may remove reviews that break these rules. You can ask us to edit or remove your own review by emailing d2cbharath@gmail.com.

10. Our platform (Shopify)
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you. Your use of the website is also subject to Shopify's terms where they apply, and your payment is handled by our payment provider under its own terms.

Our products may mention or link to third-party tools and websites, such as AI tools and marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or policies. Use them at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2C Bharath is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
