Our products, including Start Your D2C Brand with AI: The Beginner's Playbook for India, the AI Prompt Pack and the worksheets, are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment.
No refunds after download. Because digital files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once the files have been delivered or downloaded.
When we will help: If any of these happen, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll fix the problem or give you a full refund:
• A file is faulty, corrupted or won't open
• A file is missing from your order
• You were charged twice for the same order
How to contact us: Email d2cbharath@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) within 5–7 working days.
